The reason I h...Hi thank you for visiting my blog. The reason I haven't really added much to this blog anymore is because I have been healed for several years now and have no more updates regarding what I continue to use or not use for Histamine Intolerance because I no longer suffer from it. I leave the blog up for readers to find my regime I used to heal myself along with other diet info etc to help them in their journey. I use Diatomaceous earth on and off to ward off parasites and I use high doses of Vitamin C just for general overall health benefits (again, nothing to do with Histamine Intolerance). As you will find in my blog entries someone that has Histamine Intolerance should use a NON CITRUS form of Vitamin C. I would do the same exact protocol now if I had histamine intolerance and no, I wouldn't change anything that I originally did because I did in fact heal myself doing what I did. So, yes, I would still recommend everything to anyone suffering from HI currently. As I said in my past blog entries a lot of the foods may affect people differently. I could still eat chocolate for instance when I had HI but yet, some cannot. Basically it's a trial and error kind of thing unfortunately, which is probably why there are so many contradicting histamine diets out there. I found the German version of the no no foods the least contradicting and the ones that agreed with me most. You can find that in my blog as well there will be a link in the post regarding what you should eat etc. I recommend a four day food rotation diet as I also have written about here in my blog. I honestly do nothing for histamine intolerance supplementation wise now at all nor have I in the last several years because I no longer have a problem. So in essence I have nothing more to blog about regarding the histamine intolerance I once had as it would be a moot point being that what I did years ago in fact cured me. So when you ask was it really that easy? Yes, I suppose it was compared to many things some people do go through. However it still sucked as I only got down to being able to eat like 10 foods or so, so it really wasn't "easy" no matter how you look at it. I still suggest what I originally blogged here regarding protocols, diets and supplementation so I wouldn't change a thing. I wish you the best in healing and hope that you will perhaps try my protocol and see if it helps you as it has so many others. I would not waste my time on broth fasts (histamine is super high in bone broth) and raw meat is just plain scary for obvious reasons. Thank you again for visiting my blog and wish you much health!Fit Babzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02750197222732601914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3951905196561796213.post-73265011363564046792017-01-31T11:05:42.023-08:002017-01-31T11:05:42.023-08:00Hello Dani, just found your blog. Very inspiring a...Hello Dani, just found your blog. Very inspiring and appreciate all the valuable info you have freely shared without the ads and kickbacks. It definitely makes your experiences seem a lot more genuine and unbiased. However, I noticed your blogging has become less frequent. Have things changed so much from 2013? Reason I ask is because I did a google search on anyone experiencing dramatic fatigue when using th move matrix. That is how I ran into your blog. I found this move matrix blend a month ago and have started using it but experience intense sleepiness and fatigue after taking it. Little did I know I would also find your info on histamine intolerance. I have known about histamine intolerance but have been overwhelmed by the contradicting info online. Would you ever consider writing up a recent thought on your overall experiences and routine for what you do now, what you would change if you could go back a few years and what protocol you would recommend now for someone embarking a new journey for histamine intolerance and candida/leaky gut. I was diagnosed with osteo arthritis when I was 20....I am now 38 and needing both hips replaced. I discovered Weston a price back in my 20's and my personal journey to heal my self began there. Then in my early 30's I stopped all grain intake. But still have had severe inflammation. I just found out about people last year like Hulda Clark and Dr L Wilson (father of sauna therapy) and have been so happy to find these therapies but have already been put through the wringer financially throughout my 20's trying to figure shit out on my own. What is your thought on things like lipsomal Vit.C ( google Chris Shade mercury). Not only what goes in - things must come out. So detoxing is a big deal especially if you have amalgams and cavitatoins like me and a history of antibiotics as a baby. Do you have any thoughts on that you would like to share? You mentioned diatomaceous earth which I have done in the past on and off, do you still use that as a broom to sweep out your gut with what routine you have now? I guess I'm reaching out because I feel like I've exhausted myself. I have done Weston price, Paleo, primal, broth fasts, raw meat diets, many many tests though Genova and hospitals & doctors, lymphatic protocols, nutrigenomics plus a myriad of supplements...it's insane. Your blog narrows down a few things and I wonder if it is that simple as to why I have put myself through this rollercoaster and overlooked the basic foundations of gut health....I have found that I have abandoned many things I led myself to believe in removing joint pain, painful inflammation and reduced mobility in my legs. So if you wouldn't mind summing up your current protocols, recommendations on routine, supplements and additional offsets that may or may not be temporary, that would be helpful in my journey to begin slowly and simplify everything I have come to learn. I appreciate your time and very happy to know you have indeed helped others, thanks. ElaineAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08878825463533015079noreply@blogger.com
